The Role
As an Associate Account Manager, you’ll be the day-to-day point of contact keeping client partnerships healthy and programs on pace. You’ll support Senior Account Managers by managing communications, content audits, scripting assistance, and production workflows.
This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment—balancing client needs, creative quality, and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
• Manage a portfolio of 20+ client accounts, ensuring communication is prompt and organized.
• Assist with content scripting, research, and trend analysis for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Review raw footage and edits, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with client goals.
• Audit posted content for quality control and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain client dashboards and deliverables, keeping data accurate and up to date.
• Join onboarding calls and strategy sessions, providing recaps and actionable next steps.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (production, billing, ads) to streamline workflows.

What You’ll Need
Must-Haves:
• Experience managing social media in agency or corporate settings.
• Strong understanding of short-form video platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Excellent communication skills—you keep clients and teams aligned and confident.
• Experience mentoring or coaching clients to hit goals.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple accounts.
• Desire to grow into an Account Manager role after proven success.

• Experience with social content strategy and creation, e-learning, or online coaching industries.
