Who You Are
A senior sales professional who thrives in high-velocity, performance-driven environments.
Experienced selling B2B services or SaaS to founders, marketing leaders, or growth teams.
Skilled at discovery, consultative framing, and closing mid- to upper-six-figure service agreements.
Self-directed and coachable, you take feedback seriously and execute quickly.
Comfortable working remotely, managing your own calendar, and hitting measurable daily targets.
Obsessed with improvement - not just meeting quotas, but refining process, presence, and persuasion.
What You’ll Do
Manage a full pipeline of inbound B2B leads, engaging founders and executives in consultative sales conversations.
Drive short sales cycles, typically one to two calls from first contact to contract with professionalism.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, onboarding, client success, and marketing to ensure seamless client handoffs.
Maintain daily discipline in CRM management, sales tracking, and reporting.
Leverage data and call reviews to continuously optimize your approach and performance.
Why Join Us
Performance Expectations
Conduct 75–125 outbound calls per day and schedule calls for sales reps (approx. 1500–2500 per month).
Maintain a minimum 70% schedule-to-show conversion rate and revenue per call over $2,000.
Submit End-of-Day reports and update CRM and sales tracker daily.
Attend the weekly virtual sales meeting for development and team communication.
Be available for team communication during core hours and responsive in Slack.
Demonstrate consistent professionalism and follow-through with every prospect and client handoff.
Compensation
OTE based on current team performance: $85,000 - $240,000 (updated January 2026)
Competitive performance-based compensation with uncapped commission potential.
Commission paid out at the start of the following month. There is a 1 week clawback period for churn.
