Community Membership Terms

The following terms shall apply to your subscription to the Viral Coach Skool Community. At the time of subscription, you will be asked to submit a payment method, and acknowledge and accept these terms, and the incorporated Service Terms and all applicable policies, by clicking "SUBSCRIBE", "BUY", or "JOIN" when the option is given to you.

1. Program Features

As a member of the Viral Coach Skool Community, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by Viral Coach, LLC. These terms are designed to ensure a productive and supportive environment for all members. Your membership and the benefits thereof are contingent upon your compliance with these terms, including the respectful use of resources and constructive participation in community activities.

2. Refund & Payment Conditions

Membership in the Viral Coach Skool Community, along with certain other products and services, comes with a 24-Hour Refund Policy wherein you, the purchaser, may opt for cancellation and receive a refund within 24 Hours following your initial payment.

Beyond the 24-Hour period, refunds shall not be issued except under our guarantee (as outlined below). Yet, you retain the option to terminate your membership to the Viral Coach Skool Community at any point through the billing management system provided within your Skool account. Upon such cancellation, your access continues till the closure of the existing billing cycle, post which, your access will cease, and billing will be discontinued.

Re-enrollment is permitted should you choose to rejoin at a later time.

3. Renewal & Cancellation

Your membership will automatically renew annually. You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying our support staff in writing via support@viralcoach.com.

If you choose to stop using our services before the end of your billing cycle, you understand and accept that we will not be able to offer a refund, whether partially or in full, for the remaining part of your cycle.

For the sake of emphasis, we do not provide refunds, credit, or prorated billing for any canceled subscription except where governed by our 24-Hour Refund Policy as outlined above, or Money-back Guarantee described below.

4. Guarantee

Viral Coach offers a 10M View Money-Back Guarantee for annual members. If you don’t get 10,000,000 views within 12 months of active membership, we will issue you a full refund of the program cost. Subject to terms and conditions as outlined in the Membership Agreement.

You must receive, review, and sign the Membership Agreement in order to be eligible for this guarantee.

Monthly memberships are not eligible for this guarantee.

5. Membership Agreement

Upon enrollment in the Viral Coach Skool Community with an annual membership, you will automatically receive an actionable Membership Agreement via email to review and sign.

Signing is optional, however the Membership Agreement must be signed in order for you to be eligible for our 10M View Money-Back Guarantee. Should you elect not to sign the Membership Agreement, you will not be eligible for our 10M View Money-Back Guarantee

The effective start date for the guarantee is the date of your initial purchase and enrollment in the Viral Coach Skool Community, not the date the Membership Agreement is signed.

If you experience any issues with receiving or signing the Membership Agreement after purchasing an annual membership, contact support@viralcoach.com for help. You may also request to see the Membership Agreement any time before enrolling in the Viral Coach Skool Community by writing to suport@viralcoach.com.

6. Service Levels

Viral Coach shall endeavor to have 99% uptime of related Services, scheduled down time, to improve the services shall be communicated to the extent possible. If you experience any interruption in service you must contact

suport@viralcoach.com, to allow us to remediate any issues with cooperation from third-party provider, Skool, subject to the warranty clause of the Service Agreement (https://www.viralcoach.com/vc-terms)

7. Force Majeure

Viral Coach shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations under this Agreement to the extent such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or

shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials, or delays by third parties. In the event of such a delay, the performance of Viral Coach's obligations shall be suspended for the period of time such cause continues.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provisions. As set forth in the Terms of Service, any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
