these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Note: If you are a client enrolled in a Viral Coach program, membership, or service, your relationship is also governed by the Service Agreement Terms & Conditions and your individual Program Agreement or Membership Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and your Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Website. By using the Website, you represent that you meet this requirement.
If you create an account on our Website or through a connected platform (e.g., Skool), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIRAL COACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. VIRAL COACH'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the Website (unless you are an enrolled client subject to the Service Agreement Terms) may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alaska.
